This morning, you may have received a notification explaining that your AWS Marketplace subscription to Qdrant Cloud was cancelled and a new payment method is required. We sincerely apologize for any confusion this may have caused.
This issue stemmed from an AWS outage today (20 Oct 2025), which temporarily prevented our marketplace billing provider from retrieving subscription information.
