We are currently experiencing temporary issues affecting the dashboard UI.

Existing clusters remain fully operational and continue to accept connections without impact. However, creating new clusters or scaling existing ones is currently unavailable.

Our engineering team is actively working to resolve the issue, and we will provide updates as progress is made.

Cluster Dashboards are currently returning Forbidden when trying to access via the browser. Team is currently working on a fix.

We are currently investigating an issue affecting autoscaling for clusters using VolumeAttributesClass on AWS, which is preventing certain large clusters with “Performance” disk speed from being created. Existing clusters remain operational, but provisioning of affected configurations may be impacted.
